Guest Services
Guest Services is located near the center of the mall at the fountain. Please visit or call Guest Services at 706-234-3597 for any information or assistance you may require. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of each and every guest, no matter how large or small the request. Below are many of the services offered by Guest Services.

Automatic Doors
For your convenience, automatic doors are located at the Carousel Main Entrance.

Balloons
Large and small character balloons, Mylar message, latex and stick balloons are available for purchase from Guest Services. Special occasion balloon bouquets are also available. Prices vary.

Carousel
Carousel tokens are available for purchase at Guest Services or at the Carousel token machines. One ride is $1.50 or buy four rides for $5.00.

Carousel Frequent Rider Program
Ask for our Frequent Rider Card where you receive a punch in your card with every ride. After ten rides, you get one for FREE!

Community Room
Our community room is available for rent, for meetings and gatherings of all types. The community room can accommodate up to 50 people. Please call the Mall Office at 706-234-3597 for more information.

Copy/Fax Service
Copy services are available at Guest Services for 25 cents per page. Fax services are available for $1 each page.

Gift Wrapping
Gift Wrapping services are available at Guest Services for a nominal fee depending on the size of the package to be wrapped.

Handicap Parking
For your convenience, handicap parking spaces are available at all mall entrances.

Laminating
Laminating Services now available for a nominal fee.

Mall Walkers
Walkers are invited to exercise in our climate-controlled environment year round. Corridor Seven is opened daily for mall walkers Monday through Saturday at 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sundays. One complete loop around the dark tiles at Mount Berry Square Mall is equal to three quarters of a mile.

New and Expecting Mothers Parking
For the convenience of our new or expecting mothers, signs are posted at all main entrances for closer parking.

Security Services
Mount Berry Square Mall offers 24-hour security services to its customers and employees. A fully trained security staff is available to assist you with parking locations, security escorts and directions. You can reach a security officer from Guest Services or by calling 706-234-3597. Security can also be reached on the Officer On Duty Cell Phone at 706-252-0458 during and after mall hours.

Shopping Bags
Mount Berry Square Mall shopping bags are available at Guest Services and at our dispenser by the play area for 50 cents.

Stroller Rental
Strollers are available at Guest Services for $1 per hour for a single stroller and $2 per hour for a double stroller.

Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchairs are available at Guest Services on a first-come, first-serve basis with the proper identification.
